Factory Supervisor

About the Role

R. Mahavir Plastic Industries is seeking a dedicated and dependable Factory Supervisor for its plastic packaging manufacturing plant located in Vasai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations, including labor supervision, vendor coordination, inventory management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage factory labor activities efficiently.
• Maintain coordination with external job-work vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle stock management and product dispatch processes.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to uphold product standards.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions and usage of WhatsApp for communication.
• Maintain integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility in work conduct.

Location: Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
