Facility & Plant Planning Section Lead

Position Overview

This role requires leadership as the Facility and Plant Planning Section Lead within the Facility & Plant Maintenance Division of the Facility & Infrastructure Management Department at FRC East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team responsible for equipment, facility, and infrastructure projects within assigned areas.
• Provide technical leadership to architects, engineers, technicians, and artisans, serving as the subject matter expert for functional area processes.
• Manage workload by allocating tasks evenly across team members.
• Oversee work progress, ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines, maintain quality standards, and offer technical guidance as necessary.
• Advocate for the team's consensus during meetings with other leaders, program officials, customers, and branch heads on issues affecting team objectives.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position spans from 106,437 to 138,370.
