About the Company
The National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM) is a non-profit entity formed through collaboration among the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and Saudi Aramco. The center is dedicated to delivering top-tier training programs aimed at boosting capabilities within Saudi Arabia's facilities and hospitality sectors. FHM prioritizes workforce enhancement by providing trainees with sector-specific skills and supporting sector growth.
Role Overview
The Facility Management Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Madinah. The trainer's primary duties include designing and delivering educational programs in facility management, guiding trainees to cultivate necessary skills and competencies in line with industry standards, assessing trainee performance, contributing to training material development, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the training content meets organizational and sector-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement facility management training programs.
- Mentor trainees to develop essential skills and competencies.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Create and refine training materials to align with industry needs.
- Work collaboratively with organizational and sector stakeholders to ensure program relevance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess trainee performance and enhance training approaches.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting effectively with trainees, peers, and partners.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and management development programs to boost skills.
- Prior background in facilities management or hospitality sectors is a significant advantage.
- Capability to tailor training methods to diverse learning styles and measure training effectiveness.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Education, or a related discipline.
