Job Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Executive to join our team, offering a competitive salary package, strong career development opportunities, and comprehensive company benefits. This role involves overseeing building operations to ensure optimal maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily building inspections to confirm its condition, promptly addressing issues and advising management on improvements.
- Manage security procedures, cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal, and the operation of building systems such as elevators, parking areas, and fire safety equipment.
- Supervise scheduled servicing of building components performed by contracted vendors.
- Regularly inspect cleanliness, maintenance of car parks, signage, and other facility elements and suggest enhancements to management.
- Work alongside Mechanical & Electrical teams to coordinate tests and inspections during tenant unit fit-outs and reinstatements.
- Prepare budgets and manage both operational and capital expenditure plans.
- Perform frequent inspections of fire safety facilities and systems, undertaking corrective measures or recommending improvements.
- Organize and oversee fire drill exercises to ensure compliance and preparedness.
- Liaise with public stakeholders, tenants, and authorities concerning improvement project implementation.
- Support contract administration and procurement duties by maintaining detailed records related to vendors and building documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships, responding to feedback and managing emergency situations beyond working hours as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Building Management & Services, or an equivalent qualification.
