Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor who can accurately assess food quality and ensure order accuracy in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to portion sizes, quality benchmarks, department policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness at the station during shifts.
- Interpret and execute prep sheets and recipes precisely.
- Verify food quality and ensure correctness of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels throughout the shift and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
- Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards to manage product rotation efficiently.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation standards are upheld during shifts.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in a dynamic high-volume environment.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration with peers.
