Position Overview

Orlando Health is looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to manage comprehensive leadership recruitment efforts within its expanding nationally recognized healthcare network. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent advisor who excels at forging strong partnerships with senior management, attracting top-tier executive candidates, and designing leadership pipelines critical to advancing healthcare services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership and challenging healthcare vacancies, including candidate sourcing, market analysis, engagement, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to executives and senior leaders by delivering comprehensive market intelligence, recruitment tactics, talent insights, and strategic recommendations aligned with workforce and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive candidates, internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external industry networks to enhance Orlando Health’s leadership candidate pool.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience that highlights Orlando Health’s mission, culture, growth opportunities, and impact on the community with professionalism and executive presence.
  • Design targeted sourcing initiatives utilizing direct outreach, referrals, professional bodies, market research, and healthcare leadership contacts.
