Job description

Role Overview

Peppermint Robotics is seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive to support various HR functions. This role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance assistance, and documentation management. The candidate will actively participate in daily HR activities to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates utilizing diverse channels like job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus drives, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and conduct initial assessments to determine suitability.
  • Arrange interview schedules coordinating between hiring managers, candidates, and panels to ensure smooth experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage compensation discussion according to approved policies and assist with pre-joining formalities.
  • Initiate background verification after offer issuance.
  • Keep recruitment trackers and MIS updated accurately.
  • Build sustained talent pipelines for recurring and critical vacancies.
  • Facilitate onboarding by coordinating employment documentation and liaising with departments such as IT, Administration, and Finance.
  • Conduct induction sessions educating new hires on company policies, culture, and code of conduct.
  • Create and maintain both physical and digital employee records that comply with statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee lifecycle including attendance, leave, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Draft employment letters, experience certificates, and other HR communications.
  • Drive employee engagement activities including wellness, recognition, celebrations, and culture-building programs.
  • Prepare employee communications, surveys, and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Compile and present HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to recruitment, retention, headcount, attendance, and engagement to assist leadership decisions.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal standards by maintaining thorough employee documentation and audit records.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee HR-related queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Participate in HR initiatives such as process automation, employer branding, event planning, and standardization of documentation.
  • Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, confidentiality, and uphold quality and deadlines in all assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Between 2 to 3 years of practical experience in human resources functions is necessary.
