Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer, you will enable senior leaders to focus on priorities by managing complex schedules, preparing materials, and organizing logistics. This position blends executive support, leadership coordination, event planning, and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of senior leadership initiatives and meetings.

Key Duties

  • Efficiently manage calendars, arrange meetings, and handle scheduling complexities for senior leadership.
  • Develop professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision.
  • Organize travel plans, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reporting promptly.
  • Provide briefing materials to ensure leaders are well-prepared for meetings.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, create agendas, document proceedings, and track follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with other executive assistants and support teams to maintain alignment.
  • Act as a primary liaison for internal and external contacts.
  • Plan and execute leadership events, offsites, town halls, managing venue and virtual platform logistics, communications, and materials.
  • Support efforts to enhance communication, engagement, and company culture.
  • Assist in tracking key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to promote operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes to boost team effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive approach to support evolving business needs.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in dynamic, fast-growing organizations.
  • Experience operating within global companies across multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expertise in coordinating meetings, events, and executive logistics.
  • High discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.
  • Proficient with common business software tools and systems.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 annually.
