Job description
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the President offers top-tier administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. The role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the capability to manage confidential information. Ideal candidates are proactive, resourceful, and excel in organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize the President's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Act as the central liaison between the President, internal teams, and external partners.
- Draft, review, and polish various correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Arrange meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-ups.
- Filter and prioritize incoming communications such as calls and requests, responding or redirecting appropriately.
- Maintain confidential records and files methodically.
- Support special projects and initiatives as delegated by the President.
- Enable effective communication and teamwork within the executive group and other departments.
- Professionally represent the President’s office at all times.
- Perform additional duties to support smooth operation of the executive office.
Required Competencies and Skills
- Superior organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong professionalism, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting tools.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline is preferred.
- At least five years' experience in supporting C-suite executives, ideally in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
