Role overview

A growing, established organization in Chandler is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO as a strategic partner. This role suits someone who is highly organized, demonstrates sound judgment, and can stay effective in a fast-moving environment where confidentiality, initiative, and practical problem-solving matter every day.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle the CEO’s calendar and scheduling needs, making sure time is used efficiently and priorities are aligned.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or comparable strategic support role.
  • Background in managing complex executive calendars, travel, and events.
  • Experience with executive events, customer-facing meetings, and large conference coordination is preferred.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work with limited supervision.
  • Good business judgment and the ability to understand priorities before acting.
  • Comfort handling confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity software.
