Entrusted Advisors is currently seeking a seasoned Ethics and Compliance Specialist for a full-time contract assignment with a prominent global organization. This position is designed for professionals versed in Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, Corporate Investigations, HR Compliance, or Legal disciplines who excel in collaborating across departments to tackle intricate challenges and reduce organizational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ethics case activities and contribute to compliance operations.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Investigations, and business leadership teams.
• Evaluate ethics and compliance risks, advising on appropriate mitigation tactics.
• Coordinate issue reviews, case management, and participate in multifaceted compliance projects.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's ethics and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Over three years of relevant experience in Ethics, Compliance, Employee Relations, Corporate Investigations, HR, or related fields.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude for managing sensitive and confidential information judiciously and professionally.
