ERP Specialist

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based at Laurel High Global School in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. The ERP Specialist will oversee and maintain the school's ERP platforms, guaranteeing accurate data integration throughout modules like admissions, academics, finance, human resources, and other operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and administer core ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management to align with institutional workflows.
• Analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and develop automated software solutions to enhance operational productivity.
• Create automated reports, tailored dashboards, and track KPIs using integrated business intelligence tools.
• Deliver technical and functional support to internal users by diagnosing software issues, troubleshooting problems, and preparing comprehensive training materials.
• Manage system upgrades such as data migration, lead user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless integration with third-party software applications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration is required.
• Demonstrated 2 to 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level ERP software in either functional or technical capacities.
• Proficiency with SQL for database querying, report development, system integration, and data migration tasks.
• Strong communication aptitude to effectively interpret technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Focus Softnet ERP platforms (Focus 8, Focus 9, or Focus i) is strongly preferred.
