About the Role

We seek a seasoned ERP Consultant specialized in Odoo implementations to join a client's expanding team. This role involves overseeing ERP project delivery, working intimately with stakeholders to transform business needs into functional system solutions, and utilizing project management expertise to ensure smooth progress from initial discovery to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation projects, managing functional areas from discovery to post-launch support.
• Conduct business process workshops to gather and evaluate requirements, converting them into well-designed ERP configurations.
• Serve as the functional expert, collaborating with technical teams on system architecture, integrations, and data flow design.
• Analyze and refine business processes, configure Odoo functionalities, and lead testing to verify solution adequacy.
• Employ project management methods to schedule, monitor, and communicate on timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, offering trusted guidance and ensuring business-system alignment.
• Manage cutover plans, data preparation, user adoption, and go-live tasks; act as a primary contact during implementation and transition.
• Lead configuration and delivery of marketing communication features within Odoo ERP, ensuring CRM, campaign, and customer engagement tools support marketing and sales cohesion.

Terms and Conditions

• Annual salary range: 120000 to 130000 NZD, based on experience and skills.
• Guaranteed minimum 40 working hours per week.
• Location: Auckland, New Zealand.
• Employment status: Full-time, permanent position.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing communications within SME settings, with expertise in integrating CRM and campaign management to drive marketing and sales results.
• Proven project management capabilities in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology or system projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of system-data interactions that empower business processes and organizational efficiency.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills and the ability to cultivate productive relationships between business and technical teams.
• Analytical and methodical mindset with keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
• Must currently reside in Auckland.
