About Poddar Infra Pvt. Ltd.
Poddar Infra Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) is the contractor responsible for constructing the Kali River major bridge at chainage 102/470 on NH-17. This project is part of the four-laning work for the Goa/Karnataka border to Kundapur section under NHDP Phase IV (DBFOT), executed for concessionaire IRB Westcoast Tollways.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, proper handling, and placement on site of shop-fabricated arch rib and superstructure segments.
- Manage the precise alignment of structural bridge segments during erection phases.
- Ensure all structural field splices pass Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) before any removal of supports or load transfers are performed.
