Energy Storage Project After-Sales Representative

About the Role

We seek a diligent professional to manage the comprehensive commercial lifecycle and after-sales service of energy storage projects. This role involves proactive engagement during bidding and contract phases, thorough monitoring of project timelines, and efficient coordination across various departments to ensure smooth project execution and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial process from bidding through operation and maintenance contract negotiation to contract finalization, ensuring timely closure.
• Oversee project milestones throughout the lifecycle, strictly enforcing schedule adherence and initiating corrective actions to prevent delays, ensuring on-schedule Commercial Operation Date (COD) delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, drive problem-solving sessions, escalate complex issues promptly, and ensure resolution closure.
• Prepare commissioning resources in advance, including personnel, tools, and spare parts, to enable efficient on-site hardware commissioning.
• Support overseas customers by identifying and resolving service requirements related to energy storage products.
• Lead the rollout of new products in overseas projects and facilitate the localization of technical and after-sales documentation.
• Manage repair processes for overseas products and promote initiatives to enhance product serviceability.
• Participate in Functional Review (FR) processes at all stages of overseas product development to assess service impact and conduct risk assessments related to design changes or product deviations.
• Provide service-oriented solutions to support overseas operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, or Electromechanics; candidates from other fields with excellent communication and presentation skills are also welcome.
• Demonstrated experience in node management, schedule supervision, and effective coordination across multiple departments.
• Previous project management exposure is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for data handling and presentations.
• Fluent in English and the predominant local language(s) to effectively collaborate across borders and with clients.

This position is based onsite in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role calls for strong organizational and communication abilities to manage complex commercial and operational activities in the energy storage sector.
