About the Role
WorkFocus Australia, a highly honored provider dedicated to work and wellness, is seeking a motivated Employment Services Consultant. Join a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals committed to helping clients return to work successfully. This role involves guiding clients to regain independence and achieve their employment goals by providing compassionate support and expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure appropriate placements for return to work and work hardening programs.
- Assist clients in developing marketable skills to become effective and competitive job seekers.
- Promote job seekers' skills and aptitudes to prospective employers actively.
- Support clients throughout their job-seeking process, ensuring engagement and motivation.
- Build and maintain a network of employer contacts to facilitate training and job opportunities.
- Apply knowledge of employment incentive schemes to maximize job prospects for clients.
- Coach and encourage clients to excel as employees and secure suitable employment.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates positivity, empathy, and persistence with a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, marketing, or business-to-business sales.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Desirable knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.
- Possesses a current driver's license, own motor vehicle, and willingness to travel.
