About the Role

This role involves guiding clients to regain independence and achieve their employment goals by providing compassionate support and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure appropriate placements for return to work and work hardening programs.
• Assist clients in developing marketable skills to become effective and competitive job seekers.
• Promote job seekers' skills and aptitudes to prospective employers actively.
• Support clients throughout their job-seeking process, ensuring engagement and motivation.
• Build and maintain a network of employer contacts to facilitate training and job opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of employment incentive schemes to maximize job prospects for clients.
• Coach and encourage clients to excel as employees and secure suitable employment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates positivity, empathy, and persistence with a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact.
• Experience in employment services, recruitment, marketing, or business-to-business sales.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Desirable knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.
• Possesses a current driver's license, own motor vehicle, and willingness to travel.
