Role Overview
Based at our Epping location, this position involves supporting participants in the Workforce Australia program by helping them overcome employment barriers and transit smoothly into the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage a substantial caseload of job seekers actively seeking work.
- Engage with job-ready candidates to help secure sustainable employment outcomes, including promoting their capabilities to employers.
- Identify and address individual obstacles that prevent candidates from being ready for employment.
- Equip participants with skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce successfully.
- Apply resilience and problem-solving abilities to optimize employment results.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in pursuing positive outcomes and resolutions.
- Adaptable and quick-thinking in the face of challenges and changing circumstances.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding business key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
