Dr. Reddy's Foundation (DRF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the dignity and welfare of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The foundation empowers communities by advancing education, healthcare, employment, and climate action outcomes.

Program Overview

GROW is DRF’s skill development program tailored for young Indians from low-income backgrounds. It aims to bridge the gap between the demand for skilled workers and the availability of trained talent. The program provides a 60-day training curriculum covering core employability areas including communicative English, digital literacy, aptitude, and soft skills, which results in a meaningful enhancement of trainees’ capabilities. Upon completion, trainees receive placement assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using an integrated curriculum that covers English grammar, spoken English, Microsoft Office applications, basic mathematics, soft skills, and work readiness; all session materials will be supplied.
• Develop and adhere to the center’s training schedule and calendar.
• Assist in evaluating the progress and performance of trainees through assessments.
• Provide post-placement support and counselling to trainees.
• Establish connections with guest lecturers and industry professionals to organize field visits pertinent to sector readiness.
• Guide and support trainees briefly at their workplace after placement.
• Contribute to other tasks at the training center as needed.
