Role Overview
As an Emergency Response Operator, you will be the first point of contact for clients during urgent situations and routine checks. The role is full-time with 38-hour weeks on a rotating roster, operating 24/7 from our Eagle Farm office. Hybrid work options are available after training for some shifts.
Key Duties
- Respond promptly to calls triggered by medical or duress alarms.
- Coordinate and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain calm and offer reassurance during critical situations.
- Adhere to established protocols and precise administrative procedures.
- Resolve accidental or test alarms with effective troubleshooting.
Candidate Profile
- Empathetic and composed communicator with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain resilient and focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to administrative and detail-oriented tasks.
- Experience providing high-quality customer service.
- Proficient in computer use with quick and accurate typing skills.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Dependable team player seeking long-term employment stability.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Expect a rotating 24/7 roster including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Shift schedules are provided one month ahead.
