Job Overview
The Electrician role at Vigours Group in Mumbai involves ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the facility. This position requires attending to routine maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and documentation while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical panels, HVAC systems, plumbing conduits, and mechanical devices.
- Identify and resolve root causes of equipment failures, repairing faults and replacing defective components such as wiring, motors, and switches.
- Respond swiftly to urgent equipment breakdown incidents, managing essential utilities including UPS, diesel generator sets, and chillers to prevent operational disruptions.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, checklist records, and maintenance reports for supervisory review.
- Follow strict health and safety regulations, implement lockout/tagout procedures correctly, and utilize all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE).
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from 20,000 to 22,000 INR.
