Electrical Supervisor

Overview

Laxmi Powertech Private Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to manage and oversee electrical installation tasks at project locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of box fixing, conduit laying on slabs, wiring, distribution board installation, and overall site execution to ensure the highest standards of workmanship, compliance with safety protocols, timely completion, and effective coordination with the workforce and clients.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily electrical site activities ensuring adherence to approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise operations such as box fixing, slab conduiting, wiring installations, cable laying, and distribution board setup.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines, quality benchmarks, and project deadlines.
• Liaise effectively with labour forces, subcontractors, and client representatives to facilitate seamless site progress.
• Interpret and analyze electrical diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation accurately.
• Plan and regulate manpower deployment to enhance site productivity.
• Keep detailed records of daily work progress, material usage, and site reports for accountability and review.

Compensation

The remuneration offered ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR per month.
