Electrical Estimator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Facilities Services team based in Auckland. Reporting directly to the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for the complete process of pricing and managing small to medium electrical projects for diverse clients within our portfolio. This position demands active involvement in preparing detailed quotes, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring precise reconciliation and reporting. It requires not only technical expertise but also strong commercial awareness and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Trade-qualified electrician with current registration preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in commercial maintenance settings.
• Minimum two years’ background in estimating and/or project management roles.
• Familiarity with electrical estimating software packages such as VO6 or equivalents.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly for preparing estimates.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining solid client connections.
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
