Key Responsibilities

• Advise students and guardians on various career paths and educational programs that align with their aspirations.
• Manage in-person walk-in queries, respond to phone calls, and engage with online prospective student leads.
• Assist students in choosing courses that best match their career objectives.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential candidates to facilitate their enrollment.
• Maintain accurate student records and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission quotas.
• Collaborate efficiently with marketing and training departments to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
• Strong persuasive abilities combined with effective counselling skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A positive mindset and dedication to a customer-focused service approach.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 12,000 to 25,000 INR.
