Documentation Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking Documentation Assistants to join our remote workforce in the United Arab Emirates. This position offers both flexible full-time and part-time options, suitable for individuals starting their careers, returning to work, or seeking additional income. Prior experience is not mandatory as full training and continuous support will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare, and maintain digital records and documents efficiently
• Examine documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Keep files and internal databases updated
• Assist with various administrative and document-related duties
• Help project teams by ensuring well-structured record keeping
• Complete tasks accurately within set deadlines

Candidate Requirements

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
• At least 21 years old
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and standard office software
• Strong organizational capabilities and close attention to detail
• Dependable, responsible, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
