Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively within the team to support financial and culinary achievements
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishware, pots, pans, and cooking tools
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment
• Comply with safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards set by relevant agencies in the kitchen
• Contribute to creating a safe, professional, and upbeat work environment

Job Requirements

• Regularly lift or move items weighing around 50 pounds
• Frequently perform actions such as bending, stooping, and kneeling during shifts
• Remain standing for the entire duration of work periods
• Operate equipment safely including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other kitchen tools
• Adhere to scheduled shifts based on business demands
