Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Securely place high-value merchandise in specified locations.
• Promptly process shipments including direct, local, OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer receipts.
• Provide training to other Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Associates on receiving area procedures.
• Maintain a clean receiving environment by preparing returns, claims, and Merchandise Transfer Requests (MTRs) with complete documentation for timely shipment.
• Adhere to and advocate for safety protocols involving lifting techniques, box cutters, pallet jacks, and ladders.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve issues and discrepancies effectively.
• Protect backdoor access and key controls to comply with company policies.
• Follow cold chain compliance requirements for quality assurance, including recording data on the Receiving Temperature Log and Sure Check App.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.55 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must be at least 16 years old to qualify for this role.
