Director Precast Operations

About the Role

The Director of Precast Operations will lead comprehensive precast activities with full profit and loss accountability. The role involves overseeing plant efficiency, production management, project execution, commercial results, client relationships, and profitability spanning multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end precast operations ensuring business objectives and financial goals are met.
• Optimize plant utilization and ensure timely and quality production across all locations.
• Oversee project execution and commercial delivery to uphold client satisfaction and business growth.
• Build and mentor a competent second-line leadership team across different plants and projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Civil Engineering degree (B.Tech or B.E.); MBA qualification is an advantage.
• Possess 17 to 25 years of experience in construction, precast, EPC, or industrialized building sectors.
• At least 5 years of direct involvement in precast operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing full P&L responsibilities.
