Role Overview
We are looking for a Director to oversee the Global Programs team within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement. This senior leader will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and operational framework for global enablement programs that empower field teams to successfully align with LTS business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the global enablement strategy focused on growth, retention, product adoption, and maximizing customer value.
- Create a unified global programming framework that balances centralized initiatives with the flexibility to address region and segment-specific requirements.
- Lead comprehensive change management efforts that result in sustained behavioral transformation within sales and customer success teams rather than mere knowledge dissemination.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior Sales and Customer Success leaders, aligning program priorities with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, GTM Operations, and Pricing teams to synchronize messaging, strategy, and execution.
- Implement continuous feedback mechanisms from the field to optimize program design and prioritization.
- Streamline GTM processes and tools to improve seller productivity and experience.
- Drive measurable outcomes concerning seller capability, adoption of tools and procedures, and impact on product and pricing results.
- Define and establish a scalable global operating model for programs, including governance, intake processes, planning, decision-making, and standardized rhythms such as quarterly planning and reporting.
- Promote adoption of cutting-edge processes, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost efficiency and consistency.
- Create compelling, data-driven presentations for executive stakeholders to secure alignment.
- Champion innovation in enablement methodologies, incorporating AI-first strategies and scalable learning delivery models.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, customer success, GTM enablement, operations, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of steering cross-functional initiatives within complex matrix organizations.
- Experience in operationalizing business priorities with measurable results.
- Preferred: Experience leading global enablement or program functions at scale.
- Expertise in designing GTM activation and enablement frameworks.
- Demonstrated success with product launches, commercial readiness, and field activation.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, productivity factors, and operating rhythms.
- Development and scaling of onboarding, ongoing training, and leadership development programs.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders (VP level and above).
- Proven capability in driving large-scale behavioral change and adoption.
- Collaborative experience working alongside Product Marketing, Marketing, GTM Operations, and Pricing partners.
- Track record of translating strategic vision into executable field programs leading to significant impact.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is from $165,000 to $266,000 annually, with actual compensation depending on individual skills, experience, certifications, and location-based cost considerations. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, stock options, benefits, and other incentive programs.
