Primary Duties

• Provide care that is safe, confidential, and respectful to all individuals
• Assist with daily living activities by offering verbal or physical guidance to promote independence, including meal preparation, cleaning, transport, social interaction, and progress toward personal objectives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individual progress and shift activities
• Work collaboratively with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and administrative staff to ensure high-quality support

Candidate Requirements

• No prior experience required as training is provided
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates without these credentials may take a literacy assessment
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities
