- Manage one of our fastest-growing procurement categories focused on smart home devices, TVs, and audio equipment, with occasional involvement in other product lines.
- Source inventory effectively to meet targets, including achieving 15–20% discounts relative to the recommended retail price within the initial 90 days.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories, including participation in trade fairs and industry events to onboard new products.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles, preferably within e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills and confidence in directly engaging suppliers.
- Demonstrate analytical abilities with comfort using data and spreadsheet tools.
- Have a working knowledge of consumer electronics categories such as mobile devices, audio, smart home, and TVs considered advantageous.
- Be highly organized and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Proficiency in English is required; B2 level or higher in German is a strong plus.
Employee Benefits
- Monthly BVG transportation pass for travel within Berlin.
- Access to virtual or face-to-face coaching sessions through the Fürstenberg Institute.
- Support for physical wellness via Urban Sports Club membership.
- Annual learning and development budget of €750.
- Exclusive discounts on Grover products for employees and their family or friends.
- A modern office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular team-building events.
- Collaboration within a diverse, global team comprising over 75 nationalities, promoting an inclusive and friendly work environment.
