Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to become an integral part of our team. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing efforts to boost brand visibility, attract leads, and contribute to organizational growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize presence on social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop captivating content including social posts, reels, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
• Manage and evaluate paid advertisement initiatives on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
• Drive lead generation and nurture prospects through digital mediums.
• Enhance website visits and improve search engine results through SEO strategies.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and compile monthly marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, sales personnel, and third-party vendors.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and tools in digital marketing.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Possesses between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media promotional activities.
• Skilled in content creation and familiar with fundamental graphic design applications such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Experience using Google Analytics and other marketing software platforms.
• Strong communication capabilities and creative problem-solving aptitude.

Additional Competencies (Preferred)

• Background in lead acquisition strategies.
• Competency in video editing and creating reels.
• Knowledge of email marketing and customer relationship management systems.
• Experience with WordPress and website upkeep.
