About the Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position focused on the detailed execution, optimization, and expansion of paid advertising campaigns within leading digital channels such as Paid Search (Google, Bing) and Paid Social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

This role requires physical presence at the CB2 headquarters in Chicago, IL from Monday to Thursday, with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily setup, launch, and quality checks of diverse digital campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMAX), and Paid Social advertisements using video and image assets.
  • Ensure precise application of tracking links, consistent use of naming conventions, and appropriate audience targeting.
  • Perform routine budget monitoring across active campaigns to meet monthly allocation and ROI objectives.
  • Extract and analyze performance data daily and weekly from ad platforms and web analytics tools such as Google Ads and Adobe Analytics, interpreting data beyond surface metrics to understand performance narratives.
  • Oversee the creative asset performance by evaluating metrics such as click-through rates, view rates, and conversion rates, and coordinate with technical teams to guarantee smooth operation of product inventory feeds.
  • Support the establishment and review of scientific lift studies, creative experiments, and copy testing to continually improve media spending efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to align paid advertising strategies with site inventory and brand objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques, displaying enthusiasm for data pattern discovery.
