Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be integral to our dynamic marketing team, supporting the execution of campaigns across digital platforms including web, e-commerce, email, SMS, and paid media. Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include content development, website and SEO optimization, campaign management, and data-driven reporting to enhance marketing performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop content briefs and oversee content team workflows.
• Manage CMS and website tasks such as page setup, campaign support, and SEO enhancements.
• Build and send EDM and SMS communications, manage and segment databases, and optimize email journeys.
• Provide support for e-commerce campaigns and perform various ad hoc marketing tasks.
• Assist with paid media activities including keyword and campaign management, liaising and reporting with external agencies.
• Prepare post-campaign and monthly performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of digital marketing experience or related field exposure.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are desirable.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for digital marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
