Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Graphic Designer to become an integral part of our creative team. This role suits a driven individual enthusiastic about digital design, eCommerce, and fashion aesthetics. You will transform creative briefs into captivating visual assets for various digital platforms and print media, focusing on AI-driven social content such as short videos and static images for TikTok and Instagram. Utilizing state-of-the-art creative tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly, or their equivalents, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and social media team to ensure brand cohesion and innovate content delivery. Remote candidates worldwide are welcome, though preference is given to U.S.-based applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Generate AI-first social media content including short-form videos and static visuals tailored for TikTok and Instagram
Quickly edit social videos to stay aligned with the latest platform trends and standards
Design eCommerce assets such as product listings for Amazon, Shopify storefront graphics, and advertising creatives aimed at high performance
Develop visual assets for email marketing campaigns and automated flows, focusing on conversion enhancement (experience with Klaviyo is an advantage)
Create print and retail fixtures including signage, shelf talkers, and displays for Walmart and company-owned retail outlets
Design premium yet cost-effective product and shipping packaging
Optimize storefront elements and landing pages for better conversion rates on Shopify and Amazon platforms
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual communications consistently reflect the brand identity

Requirements

2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within eCommerce, fashion, or retail industries
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Daily active experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or comparable platforms
Competence with video editing tools like CapCut or equivalents
Deep understanding of social media trends, particularly for TikTok and Instagram
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines independently
Excellent aesthetics aligned with women’s fashion trends
Effective communication and teamwork skills
