Digital Channel Operations Specialist

About the Role

This position serves as the technical foundation for the company's digital platforms, focused on managing websites, boosting search engine visibility, and executing automated communication campaigns via email and SMS. The specialist acts as a vital link between creative marketing efforts and web technologies to deliver swift, contemporary digital experiences that effectively convert visitors into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of essential digital assets including websites, product catalogs, and landing pages.
• Maintain and refresh web content, technical data sheets, and digital materials ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to company standards.
• Guarantee operational functionality, uptime, security settings, and fast loading times across all digital platforms.
• Deploy technical content through content management systems aligned with approved campaign schedules.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external developers to facilitate the smooth roll-out of new digital portals and features.
• Support regional site adaptations including localization, embedded code, and asset formatting.
• Assist in executing and optimizing search engine strategies with emphasis on technical SEO elements such as meta tags and site structure.
• Monitor web traffic data, user navigation, and lead forms to ensure precise tracking.
• Generate technical performance reports covering search rankings, traffic, bounce rates, and user experience metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive records of web assets, UTM parameters, and site updates to uphold data integrity.
• Continuously monitor web channels for backend issues including broken links, form errors, and mobile usability concerns, coordinating prompt resolutions with development teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data policies, brand standards, privacy laws, and data publishing protocols.
• Adhere to safety, quality, environmental regulations within the operational scope.

Academic and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Processing or related disciplines.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience.
