Diagnostic Reagent Sales Representative

Overview

This role requires promoting and selling high-end diagnostic reagents and laboratory products to diverse healthcare and research institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell diagnostic reagents, including kits and laboratory consumables, targeting hospitals, diagnostic labs, and research centers.
• Possess comprehensive product knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVD), reagents, ELISA, PCR, and related technologies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers, procurement departments, and hospital administrators.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the allocated geographical area to broaden the client base.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions to drive product understanding and sales.
• Meet or exceed set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts effectively and timely.
• Track and analyze market developments, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate closely with technical support and logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and after-sales service quality.
• Maintain precise and updated records of all sales activities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Engage actively in medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities representing the company.
