Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellent customer experience by maintaining high operational and visual standards while promoting product sales.
• Take charge of your department's performance by analyzing sales data, spotting opportunities, setting objectives, and planning to maximize profitability and stock management.
• Coordinate team scheduling and manage daily store opening and closing routines efficiently.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team, nurturing an inclusive work environment encouraging innovation and growth.
• Keep abreast of fashion trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Act as a positive representative of the brand in all customer-facing interactions.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and other roles, contributing collectively to an inviting store atmosphere. Collaboration extends to the Area Team with shared efforts to enhance store success. Your role significantly helps customers express their style through the latest fashion trends and supports making fashion accessible and sustainable.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates possess prior retail management and operational experience with strong leadership skills emphasizing team coaching and embodying company culture and values. Comfort in sales planning, data analysis, and use of customer-focused tools is essential.

The role requires confident leadership, a solution-oriented mindset, a passion for excellent customer service and product promotion, and an interest in industry trends and commercial insights. Strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and analytical capabilities are valued traits.
