Dental Clinic Assistant

About the Role

Bangalore Dental Hub seeks a motivated and organized Dental Clinic Assistant to join their clinic located in RK Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru. This full-time role involves providing direct support to dentists during dental treatments, maintaining high hygiene standards, preparing necessary instruments, and ensuring excellent patient care.

Key Duties

• Support dentists throughout various dental procedures.
• Sterilize and prepare dental tools and equipment.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and adhere to infection control norms.
• Set up treatment rooms ahead of patient visits.
• Manage preparation of dental materials and instruments as needed.
• Accurately document patient records.
• Assist with dental X-ray operations if certified.
• Oversee inventory management to keep dental supplies adequately stocked.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene education and post-procedure care instructions.
• Facilitate efficient workflow within the clinical team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school education or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant certification preferred; relevant experience valuable but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstration of punctuality, positive attitude, and teamwork spirit.
• Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization procedures.
