Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and responsible Delivery Executive to ensure prompt and secure delivery of orders to our customers. The candidate will be expected to prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Key Duties
- Pick up and deliver orders within the designated area
- Ensure deliveries are completed on schedule
- Confirm delivery details including address and contact number
- Collect Cash on Delivery payments when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
