Delivery Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join a team specializing primarily in White Collar Civils and Structural recruitment, though candidates with experience across any professional white collar markets are welcome. This position offers full remote working after an initial training period but requires attendance in London for three days each week during the first two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate engagement, cultivating relationships from first contact through to post-placement support.
• Assist business development efforts by gathering and analyzing market insights relevant to recruitment targets.
• Source, generate, and assess candidates effectively to meet the needs of clients.
• Operate with autonomy while producing measurable recruitment results in a remote working setup.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in professional white collar recruitment environments.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fully remote context.
• Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines efficiently throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary of up to £30,000 plus a comprehensive commission plan with a percentage earnings model on each deal without any threshold limits.
