Role Overview

As a Data Scientist, you will extract meaningful insights from complex data, empowering data-driven decisions. Your role involves designing and maintaining data processes, creating impactful analyses, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and structure data by developing, maintaining, and improving data frameworks and pipelines in coordination with IT teams, ensuring data consistency and usability.
• Create and monitor KPIs, perform in-depth analyses, and convert data into clear and actionable visual reports using tools like Grafana or Power BI.
• Dissect complex requirements into specific analytical questions, data models, and practical steps independently.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from initial query formulation through data preparation to dashboard creation and interpretation.
• Act as liaison with departments such as Marketing and Operations to clarify, prioritize, and evolve data requirements.
• Design and refine dashboards and reports to track data quality, system health, and operational metrics.
• Develop, apply, and validate computational logics and models, including performance analysis and forecasting.
• Identify and suggest enhancements in data architectures, tools, and workflows, contributing actively to their evolution.

Candidate Profile

• Proven several years of experience in data-centric roles like Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Collaborative team player contributing to continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.
• Skilled communicator able to clarify needs, question assumptions, and deliver results tailored to the audience.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to learn new technologies, tools, and methods, driving ongoing development.
• Capable of independently structuring complex problems into executable plans and iteratively validating hypotheses.
• Demonstrates ownership with proactive management and initiative in responsibilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills, able to isolate challenges, formulate hypotheses, and make pragmatic decisions.
• Business acumen or keen interest in domain-specific knowledge, particularly in Marketing or Operations, and translating this into data logic.
