Role Description

The Data Coordinator works closely with the Study Coordinator to provide essential support for clinical trials ensuring compliance with SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Study Coordinator in meeting clinical trial data submission deadlines.
  • Collect and manage source documentation for trial-enrolled patients.
  • Support case report form completion and resolve data queries efficiently.
  • Assist with the reporting and tracking of Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
  • Maintain patient visit tracking spreadsheets and study administrative files.
  • Undertake special procedural projects to optimize drug development data operations.
  • Continuously evaluate clinical trial adherence to SCRI SOPs, GCP, and ICH regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of scientific, medical, and regulatory terminology.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
