Data and Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

The Data and Reporting Analyst is tasked with delivering dependable business intelligence and analytics to empower organizational success. This position focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality reports and interactive dashboards that are visually intuitive, precise, and aligned with the strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable analytics.
• Ensure that all reporting deliverables are accurate, timely, and tailored for their intended purpose.
• Provide analytical support enabling informed strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the reporting systems.
• Identify, investigate, and address data discrepancies and quality issues effectively.
• Create and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures instrumental to reporting activities.
• Advocate and support governance frameworks and best practices related to data management.
• Serve as a liaison with business users to understand and refine reporting requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for resolving data and reporting inquiries.
• Present insights and analytics clearly and accessibly, avoiding technical jargon where possible.
