Role Overview
Join a global finance shared services team in Manchester as a Data & Analytics Intern focused on finance. This position involves transforming data usage to improve decision-making within a large organization. You will support finance functions including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) by delivering insightful data analysis, accurate reporting, and enhanced data transparency.
This internship provides a practical, project-driven experience with ownership of significant tasks rather than just support roles. You will gain exposure to extensive datasets and contribute to refining finance operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate and cleanse diverse datasets from both internal and external sources.
- Create and update management reports and dashboards.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to detect patterns and extract meaningful insights.
- Assist in presenting analytical results effectively to stakeholders who may not have technical backgrounds.
- Maintain thorough documentation on data workflows and analysis methods.

Candidate Profile
