About the Role

Cinta Paras Semesta is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our fully remote team based in Germany. This entry-level or junior role involves transforming complex datasets into valuable insights that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, transform, and analyze data from varied internal and external sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations to facilitate informed business and operational choices.
• Detect trends, patterns, and opportunities through thorough data analysis.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, project managers, product teams, and stakeholders to clarify data needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and offer data-backed solutions to business challenges.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data through validation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, analytical approaches, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and automating reporting processes.
• Communicate analytical results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Open to entry-level and junior applicants with 0 to 3+ years experience including internships.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and visualization principles.
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to interpret and convey complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with teams distributed remotely.
• Knowledge of Python or other data analysis software is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Applicants must reside in Germany and have legal authorization to work full-time.
• Capability to work efficiently within a fully remote setting.
