Role Overview
We are hiring a Pricing Implementation Analyst within the Pricing team of our Lending Organization. This role focuses on executing and refining pricing strategies that directly influence the company’s revenue across consumer lending products. You will collaborate with data scientists and business leaders to implement and monitor pricing controls effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level pricing strategies into actionable steps while assessing system implications and ensuring thorough specifications.
- Maintain strong audit trails and governance compliance using tools like Jira and GitLab.
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to resolve system issues, ensure pricing deployments succeed, and monitor data pipelines to confirm pricing strategies operate correctly.
- Design and sustain validation processes to verify accurate pricing implementation for all products.
- Create and manage automated controls, including alerts and anomaly detection dashboards using Tableau.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
- Support risk management and new product initiatives via scripting, reporting, documentation, and performing ad hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure accurate price execution within affiliate environments.
- Serve as a liaison for pricing implementation with internal stakeholders covering technology, operations, and risk management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative disciplines such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial services with focus areas including pricing, data analysis, and risk governance.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL, along with experience building production-level dashboards in Tableau.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills to translate complex models clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Snowflake and GitLab platforms.
- Background working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Prior involvement in pricing strategies, risk management, or data governance.
