Job description
Role Overview
Join DashMart, DoorDash's convenience store concept where Warehouse Associates handle order picking, packing, and inventory management for customer orders placed via the DoorDash app. This role involves physical warehouse tasks combined with customer-focused service to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pick and package customer orders received through the DoorDash application, then coordinate handoff to delivery drivers.
- Manage inventory including stocking incoming shipments, tracking shelf life to reduce spoilage, and maintaining organization of the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and systematic order within the warehouse environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by confirming approved substitutions when original items are unavailable.

Candidate Profile
- Individuals who are self-driven, maintain a positive attitude, and work well in team settings.
- Previous experience in a retail setting with demonstrated success.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds safely.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
