About the Role
As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will gain valuable experience in retail while delivering excellent customer service that aligns with Walmart's core principles. Your responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the Dairy/Frozen department, supporting product stocking and sales, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and zone the Dairy/Frozen section to maintain an appealing presentation.
- Rotate inventory regularly and inspect products for expiry dates.
- Make sure all items are correctly priced and clearly labeled.
- Follow strict protocols for cold chain compliance including temperature monitoring, thermometer calibration, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Apply established processes for ordering, markdowns, clearance, and pricing adjustments.
- Maintain promotional features and displays in the section.
- Keep the department tidy, clean, orderly, and free from debris or hazards.
Qualifications

The starting rate of pay for this position is $16.15 per hour. The role is based at 6809 Hwy 16A W, Vegreville, Alberta, Canada.
