Role Overview
The Customer Support Officer will engage in outbound calling to promote FR8 Logistics' mobile app and its benefits. The primary goal is to demonstrate how FR8’s app can resolve customer challenges and enhance connectivity between shippers and trucks.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Introduce customers to FR8's technology platform and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to increase shipment connectivity through FR8.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth truck-customer coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours as required.
- Proficiency in Hindi is essential; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
- Applicants should be aged between 18 and 29 years.
