Customer Support Manager

About the Role

Santa Events And Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager for their office located in Nungabakkam, Chennai. This position is within the Telecom, ISP, Broadband, and Customer Support Operations sector and offers a salary reaching up to 9 LPA. Candidates should bring between 5 to 12 years of industry experience, with a solid background in managing customer support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage daily operations of large customer support teams.
• Handle escalations from customers to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Oversee performance management and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with defined processes.
• Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports using advanced Excel skills.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, or related customer support operations.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing large-scale customer support teams.
• Expertise in managing backend operations, live support channels, and field service teams.
• Strong understanding of customer experience management, technical support, and driving operational excellence.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between ₹65,000 to ₹75,000, with an annual package that can rise up to 9 lakhs.
